Standard Referral Program
Earn 2% of the collected contract value on every qualifying project that closes. On an average $45,000 project, that’s about $900.
Bonus Tier: Earn 3%
Earn 3% commission for:
- Any project over $100,000, or
- After 3 successful closed referrals in a quarter
Attribution & Eligibility
- Referral links: 30-day last-click attribution
- Referral form submissions: 90-day attribution window
- Multi-touch: Last valid referral before the sales appointment receives credit
- Territory: Northern VA, Washington DC, and Richmond

When do I get paid?
Within 30 days of the qualifying event (signed contract + deposit).
