I contracted Battlefield Custom Deck and Patio to build a deck. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The deck is beautiful, very well built, solid, excellent quality materials, meticulous attention to detail and they were fast. They were ready to roll as soon as the county approved my permit. Bill, Shane and all the employees are very professional and very knowledgeable. We contracted Battlefield Custom Decks and Patio to help us extend our existing patio. We wanted something that would finish off the steps and allow us to have more of a seating area. Bill searched high and low to find the right match to our existing paver. We found a very close match , but decided on a different boarder color. We are so glad that we went for it! The team completed the project in one day arriving by 7am and finishing by 5:30pm. We can't wait for the warmer weather!

I had a stamped concrete patio built and stairs added onto my existing deck. The professionalism and timeliness with which they completed the project was impressive. The GC was very prompt and always followed up with my wife and I about progress. Minor changes were made as we saw need for additional items, these changes were added and the contractor still came in on time. The look and use of our yard is light years from were we began. We are so happy to have found GC that gave us everything we asked for a more. Plus the neighbors love the look and talk about the craftsmanship.

I would definitely recommend Battlefield Custom Decks for any project you are undertaking. It was a pleasure working with Bill and Shane throughout the process. Bill was always available to answer any questions and made sure I knew exactly what to present to the HOA for approval. He kept me in the loop as we waited for the permit from the county and made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way. Bill told me the project would take 48hours which I originally doubted but once the permit was granted his contractors were here and completely demolished my old deck in a matter of hours. They put in place the framing and that was day one complete. Day two they got rained out, not their fault. Day three an extra crew was sent and they worked all day until sunset to complete our deck in time for the weekend. Shane came out to check the project and made sure we were happy with the finished deck. Inspections were passed with no problem and the inspector remarked that we now had the “best” deck in the neighborhood. Bill checked in again later that day to make sure we were completely happy. For me the best part was Battlefield’s honesty, transparency and how easy they made it for us.

Battlefield was quick to respond to our inquiry. Whitney, our design consultant, came out even in the rain to take measurements and took the time to really go over our wants and need for a deck. The whole process was quick and easy to deal with other than the county just taking their sweet time to approve permits. Battlefield Custom Decks and Patios constructed a new covered porch/deck and stone patio for me. From start (scope, design, proposal, contract) to finish (demolish old deck, permits, construct new porch and patio), the entire effort was very efficient. The owner Shane visited the site every day, was highly flexible, and answered all questions. He took care of a lot of little details that most companies would otherwise quibble over. The company took pride in their work. The overall quality of work is excellent, the materials used were of high quality. I have never been so impressed with any other construction project. I will highly recommend this company and will not hesitate to use them again.

We had a patio built by Battlefield Custom Decks and Patios and we were highly impressed by this company! We had 2 other bids and the estimate provided was in line with other companies, however due to rave reviews and a timeline that couldn't be beat (other companies said it would take several months before they could start - Battlefield got to work almost immediately) we went with Battlefield and are happy we did. The job was completed in a few days which was awesome, and I can tell the crew worked hard. We requested an extension to our original patio so it was hard to find a perfect match, especially with all sorts of delays and shipping issues currently happening, but I'd say it looks pretty close and we were assured over time it would look even more alike. We've got our hot tub coming next month and are sooo excited! Thanks to Battlefield we will be enjoying it soon

We were hoping to get several quotes for a deck replacement and screened in porch construction, but after calling 4 places, only Battlefield Custom Decks got back to us-and via my preferred contact method (text) as well!
